MUSEUM HONORS ONE OF WORLD'S FIRST CYBER STARS
Salt Lake City - The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art is pleased to announce the exhibition Mr.Winkle: Object of Projection.Beneath the many interpretations of this fascinating creature is a real dog, a cult sensation who became an object of fascination for the world and the source of inspiration for Lara Jo Regan's photographic oeuvre that spans more than a decade.
December 2007 Mr.
Winkle’s adorable, award-winning film, Big Top Winkle,
will premiere in Seattle at the Seattle International Children’s Film
Festival on SATURDAY, JANUARY 26 at
1PM.Big Top Winkle was
awarded Best Short Film of 2007 in it's age group by The National
Association for Quality in Children's Media.
The possible heir to the Mr. Winkle throne – WINKLE JUNIOR - will make
his debut public appearance on his dad’s behalf! (Mr. Winkle is
semi-retired and no longer traveling.) Lara Jo Regan will also be
present.

MOVIE PREMIERE IN SAN DIEGO
AND NEWPORT BEACH!
Mr.
Winkle's adorable film, BIG TOP WINKLE was shown twice at the San
Diego International Children's Film Festival and once at the Newport
Beach Film Festival. The film is for ALL ages! (Advance ticket purchases
recommended.)
October 2006 - Mr. Winkle’s adorable
little film BIG TOP WINKLE, premiered SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8th from 2:30
- 3:15p.m. at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art as part of the
International Children’s Film Festival. (A second showing in a smaller
theater will be Saturday, October 14th at 6 p.m.)
